Angie Giles is a warm and engaging hypnotherapist and counsellor.
She has been in private practice since 2011 as both a hypnotherapist and since 2012 as an integrative counsellor, adapting sessions according to client needs. She is trained in using mindfulness within psychotherapy.
Angie is non-judgemental, open minded and creates a safe space for people to explore personal and professional challenges they may be experiencing in life. She uses a range of evidence-based interventions to support her work.
Angie will do her utmost to support you using a range of tools from her therapy knowledge, as well as a background in leadership and coaching, supporting clients practically when needed.
